Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

  • Bulk / RFQ orders may not be cancellable after confirmation

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged or incorrect

Conditions:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products

  • Custom / bulk (RFQ) orders

  • Items without original packaging

Refunds & Replacements

  • Processed after inspection

  • Issued to original payment method or bank transfer

  • Timeline: 5–10 working days

  • Replacement may be provided based on availability
